WSR have 12 CNC and 3 EDM machines, we can make over 100 sets of rubber molds per month
Compression/transfer/injection (both hot and cold runners are available) types
The common mold steels we use are NAK80, P20, 4140 and S50C
Lead time: prototype mold in three to seven days and production mold in one to two weeks, complicated rubber molds like cold runner injection rubber molds in 30 days

Materials: silicone or rubber, compliant with the RoHS Directive (NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CSM, CR, HNBR, Viton, AFLAS and more)
Hardness: 8 to 95 shore A, tolerance can be ±5 shore A, for some special products, we can reach ±3 shore A tolerance
Color: rubber is usually black and silicone can be in any color
Machine type: 50 to 400 tons
Molding service: we have our own mold workshop which has 12 sets of CNC machines and provide compression/transfer/injection rubber molds
Mold/sample lead time:
Prototype mold: usually in seven days
Mass production mold: usually in two weeks
Some special molds: can be in 30 days, especially for some automotive rubber molds
